PLEASE READ THE RAFT RENTAL AGREEMENT BELOW

1. Daily Rental Fee: All rafts are charged $50 per day for the possession of the raft rented to you. You are responsible to return the raft in the same condition that you received it.

2. Use of raft: If for any reason you activate the raft, for “real” or by accident, the raft is not returnable, and you will be charged the replacement cost of the raft. Replacement cost is $3000.

3. Tampering with the raft contents: All rafts rented have been designed for the rental use of the raft. All rafts are Vacuum Packed and covered in a valise. Any attempt to unpack, enter, or cut open the raft or its valise will void the rental agreement and the raft’s integrity and you will be charged the cost to replace the raft.

4. Failure to return the raft: Rafts that are 10 days overdue from a scheduled rental will be charged for the value of the raft. Please keep your tracking number handy in case the raft is lost in transit. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN YOUR RAFT AS SCHEDULED. YOU NEED TO PHSICALLY HAND IT TO AN APP ASSOCIATE. The renter is responsible for the raft until it is returned in the same manner as it was received.

5. Attorney’s Fees. In the event that any suit or action is instituted under or in relation to this Agreement, including without limitation to enforce any provision in this Agreement, the prevailing party in such dispute shall be entitled to recover from the losing party all fees, costs and expenses of enforcing any right of such prevailing party under or with respect to this Agreement, including without limitation, such reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and accountants, which shall include, without limitation, all fees, costs and expenses of appeals.
