This Switlik FAA Approved Coastal Passenger life raft is designed for compact aircraft storage while still providing offshore emergency flotation capability for pilots, passengers, crew, and helicopter operations. The 4 to 6 person configuration is commonly selected for smaller fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, personal overwater flights, island trips, ferry flights, Bahamas crossings, and short-to-medium offshore routes.

The previous PDF, fax, and email reservation process has been replaced with the online rental agreement system. Your rental is not released, shipped, or prepared for pickup until checkout is complete and the required rental agreement information has been reviewed by our team.
Reservation process: Complete checkout first, then complete the required online rental agreement. Rental availability and agreement details are verified before release or shipment.
Rental period runs from the day you receive the raft until the day it is received by the return shipper, such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Please provide return tracking information once the raft has shipped back. A late fee equal to the daily rental rate may be charged for overdue equipment.
Shipping or Delivery:
SHIPPING. Please call for details. Shipping a life raft may be classified as hazardous material and may require HazMat handling fees in addition to shipping charges. Return shipping is the renter's responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
Aviation raft rentals can often be coordinated for shipment to an FBO, airport, operator, maintenance facility, or pickup location depending on timing and availability. If your trip is less than 7 days away, please contact us before ordering so we can verify timing and availability.
Cancellation: Cancellations should be made at least three days before the rental start date and before the raft has shipped. Once the raft has shipped or the rental period has begun, additional rental or cancellation charges may apply.
Rental Items: Life Raft Store does its best to provide the requested rental equipment. Final rental equipment may vary based on availability at the time of reservation. If a requested raft configuration is unavailable, a comparable or larger-capacity raft may be provided when appropriate.
