The Winslow Standard Offshore Light 6-9 Man Aviation Rental is part of the FAA-approved Winslow Standard Offshore Light series designed for overwater airplane and helicopter operations where compact storage, lighter weight, and rapid deployment are important.
This aviation life raft rental is commonly used for Part 91 and Part 121 flights, offshore helicopter operations, ferry flights, island travel, private aircraft operations, and temporary overwater safety requirements where additional passenger capacity may be needed.
The Offshore Light series is known for its lighter-weight nylon construction compared to heavier traditional rubber raft systems while still providing dependable offshore survival capability. Vacuum sealed in a compact valise case, the Winslow Standard Offshore Light stores efficiently inside many aircraft and can deploy rapidly during emergency ditching situations.
Once deployed, the raft provides offshore survival protection for up to six to nine people while awaiting rescue. This larger-capacity configuration is commonly selected for turbine aircraft, larger helicopter crews, corporate aircraft operations, offshore support flights, and operators carrying additional passengers or mission equipment.

Rental period runs from the day you receive the raft until the day it is returned to the shipping carrier. Please provide return tracking information once the equipment has shipped back. Late fees equal to the daily rental rate may apply to overdue equipment.
Shipping or Delivery:
SHIPPING. Aviation life raft rentals may require hazardous material handling fees in addition to shipping charges. Aircraft raft rentals can often be shipped directly to an airport, FBO, operator, maintenance facility, or approved delivery location depending on timing and operational requirements.
If your trip is less than 7 days away, please contact us before ordering so we can verify inventory availability and shipping timing.
Cancellation: Cancellations should be made prior to shipment and before the rental period begins. Once the raft has shipped or the rental period has started, additional charges may apply.
Rental Items: Life Raft Store works to provide the requested raft configuration whenever possible. Depending on operational availability, an equivalent or upgraded raft configuration may be supplied if necessary.
