The Winslow Standard Offshore Light 8-12 Man Aviation and Marine Rental is part of the FAA-approved Winslow Standard Offshore Light series designed for overwater aircraft and marine operations where larger passenger capacity, compact storage, and reduced raft weight are important.
This offshore life raft rental is commonly used for Part 91 and Part 121 aircraft operations, offshore helicopter support, ferry flights, charter operations, larger private aircraft, boats, yachts, fishing vessels, and extended overwater trips where additional passenger capacity may be required.
The Offshore Light series is known for its lighter-weight nylon construction compared to heavier traditional rubber raft systems while still providing dependable offshore survival capability. Vacuum sealed in a compact valise case, the raft stores efficiently aboard many aircraft and marine vessels and can deploy rapidly during emergency ditching or offshore situations.
Once deployed, the Winslow Standard Offshore Light provides offshore survival protection for up to eight to twelve people while awaiting rescue. This larger-capacity configuration is often selected for turbine aircraft, larger helicopter crews, marine groups, offshore support operations, and operators carrying additional passengers, equipment, or mission personnel.

Rental period runs from the day you receive the raft until the day it is returned to the shipping carrier. Please provide return tracking information once the equipment has shipped back. Late fees equal to the daily rental rate may apply to overdue equipment.
Shipping or Delivery:
SHIPPING. Life raft rentals may require hazardous material handling fees in addition to shipping charges. Rafts can often be shipped directly to an airport, FBO, marina, hotel, operator, maintenance facility, yacht service location, or approved delivery point depending on timing and operational requirements.
If your trip is less than 7 days away, please contact us before ordering so we can verify inventory availability and shipping timing.
Cancellation: Cancellations should be made prior to shipment and before the rental period begins. Once the raft has shipped or the rental period has started, additional charges may apply.
Rental Items: Life Raft Store works to provide the requested raft configuration whenever possible. Depending on operational availability, an equivalent or upgraded raft configuration may be supplied if necessary.
